The schoolgirl Yukie Mashiro comes to Detective Kagenuma and asks for help. A few days ago, she and her friends took a classmate to a dark abandoned house and locked her up there. The girl was so scared that she stopped going to school and soon committed suicide. Now the ghost of a dead girl comes to the torturers and kills them one by one.
Kagenuma refuses to help as he tries to uncover a secret from his own past and is unaware that the schoolgirl's ghost story is related to his own secrets.
